A seasoned IT and technical support professional with proven expertise in information technology, Healthcare, eCommerce, and systems management, Jack has significant product management experience. He has ran large software deployment organizations, was a key player in creating internationally-based support organizations, and has held a broad range of hands-on technical and managerial positions. He has worked to build loyal, motivated, and successful teams, and has led projects that exceeded goals and expectations as a result.
For more than 15 years, he has gained a solid reputation among executives, colleagues and customers alike with a rare balance of strategic insight, operational expertise, hands-on technological and financial skills, solid performance and sales and marketing savvy. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) with proficiency in many platforms, networks, communication, document management, Internet, eCommerce, and large-scale SAN/NAS systems, as well as multi-dimensional database environments.

Brandon Cline - Co-Owner
Brandon is back! His title may have change but he can still provide you with the help and support that you have come to expect from BQuick PC Repair. He moved to North Carolina from New Mexico where he was a Security Specialist and Computer Technician. Self taught from an early age, he has worked for business such as Gateway, Apple, and Computer Plus Inc. If it involves a computer he can fix it 9 times out of 10. He can be found at either location in Wake Forest or our all new location in Youngsville. Brandon holds certificates in several computer fields and he is also continuing his education to help better serve you at Wake Technical Institute.
Daniel Tryens - Senior Tech
Daniel has moved here from Michigan. His wealth of knowledge comes from his numerous years of tinkering with computer. This love of computers has got him jobs in the technical and networking fields for places like Client Logic, Charter, and the U.S. Navy. Daniel will go out of his way to help you with any computer or networking issues you may have. Daniel also has several certifications in the computer field and he is finishing up his associates with Coastline Community College.
